Admission Procedure

At S.S International School, Morena, we strive to make the admission process seamless, transparent, and inclusive, ensuring every family feels welcomed and supported. Below is our step-by-step admission procedure:


1. Inquiry and Registration

  • Step 1: Visit/Contact

    • Parents/guardians can visit the school campus or explore our website (www.ssinternationalmorena.com) for detailed information about programs, facilities, and fee structure.

    • Contact the admission office via phone/email for queries or to schedule a campus tour.

  • Step 2: School Tour (Optional)

    • Attend a guided tour of the campus to explore classrooms, labs, sports facilities, and co-curricular spaces. Meet with faculty to discuss the school’s ethos and curriculum.


2. Submission of Application

  • Step 3: Obtain the Admission Form

    • Collect the admission form from the school office or download it from the school website.

    • Forms are available for Nursery to Grade XII.

  • Step 4: Fill and Submit

    • Complete the form with accurate details (student’s personal information, academic history, etc.).

    • Attach required documents (see checklist below).

    • Submit the form in person or online with the non-refundable application fee.

Required Documents:

  • Birth certificate (for Nursery to Grade I).

  • Aadhaar card of the student and parents.

  • Previous two years’ academic reports (Grades II onwards).

  • Transfer Certificate (if applicable, for Grades II onwards).

  • Passport-sized photographs of the student and parents.

  • Address proof (electricity bill/rent agreement).


3. Assessment and Interaction

  • Step 5: Entrance Assessment

    • Nursery to Grade I: Informal interaction with the child and parents to assess readiness.

    • Grades II to IX & XI: Written assessment in English, Mathematics, and General Aptitude (age-appropriate syllabus).

    • Grade X & XII: Admission based on board exam scores and seat availability.

  • Step 6: Parent Interaction

    • A meeting with the Principal/Admission Committee to discuss the child’s needs, school policies, and parental expectations.


4. Admission Confirmation

  • Step 7: Review and Offer

    • The admission committee reviews the application, assessment results, and interaction feedback.

    • Selected candidates receive an admission offer via email/phone within 7 working days.

  • Step 8: Fee Payment & Documentation

    • Pay the admission fee and first-term charges to confirm the seat.

    • Submit original documents for verification.

    • Complete the final enrollment formalities.


5. Orientation

  • Step 9: Welcome Session

    • Attend a parent-student orientation program to familiarize with school policies, curriculum, and extracurricular activities.

    • Receive the academic calendar, syllabus, and school kit (books, uniform, ID card).


Key Notes:

  • Age Eligibility:

    • Nursery: 3+ years as of 31st March of the admission year.

    • Grade I: 5+ years as of 31st March.

  • Seat Availability: Admissions are subject to vacancy in each grade.

  • Scholarships: Merit-based scholarships available for exceptional students (details on request).
